Covid 19 Secure

 Our Measures

 As the rules change on July 19th JC Security would like to reassure our customers that our responsibility still remains first and foremost with the safety of our employees and our customers, therefore we will still be operating in a COVID secure way and we will always adhere to our customers preferences.

  • Are you able to visit to carry out an assessment, service etc

    Yes we are able to offer face to face appointments providing we  maintain safe distancing in line with Government guidance. 


    However we are unable to visit if:


    You or anyone in your household, property or site has COVID-19 related symptoms

    You or anyone in your household, property or site are self-isolating

  • I have third party keyholding services as part of package, if my alarm activates will a someone still attend

    Yes, should your alarm be activated your property will be visited just as swiftly as usual. With the correct PPE and Govermenent’s social distancing advice adhered to.

  • What contactless payment methods do you have in place

    Most of our work is paid on invoice and therefore Bacs transfers and digital faster payments are accepted. 

  • Is my alarm still being monitored

    Yes, we are still providing the same services as before and continue to monitor your system and respond if needs be.
