Monitoring in your absence

24-hour monitoring is the perfect solution for people who are regularly away from their property and for securing external buildings, such as summerhouses. If anything happens to your property, your key-holders will be called by our team at the monitoring station. We will continuously try to contact the key-holders until someone answers and is available to check on the property. Our monitoring station is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year so you can rest assured that there is always someone available to contact. This service is charged through an annual cost.

Identify motion

Motion sensors installed in your property will monitor any internal movement. So, if someone breaks through a door or window, or an intruder is moving around inside, the alarm will be triggered and the monitoring station and key-holders will be alerted. When the alarm is triggered, we will organise for someone to go and check the property. In the event of a false alarm, we will shut the system down, reset the alarm, and leave the property. Alternatively, your key-holder will be able to do the same.

Acting as key-holder

For clients with properties that are used for at least six months of the year, but find themselves away for long periods of time, our key-holder response is perfect. When you rely on us to be a key-holder, we require a set of keys for your property.

Then, if the alarms are triggered, we will swiftly attend the site.

Maintaining your safety

No matter what style of burglar or fire alarm you have, we are able to provide a thorough maintenance service. Primarily, maintenance is carried out on an annual basis, ensuring that the alarm is functioning efficiently. Remote viewing

Depending on the security system you have installed, we may be able to set up remote viewing. This will allow you to check and monitor the detectors on your phone through an app. What’s more, if you leave your property in a rush and forget to set the alarm, you can use the app and set it from your phone, while it can also be unset remotely. If your alarm is triggered, you can check the app to see which detectors have gone off through your phone. JC Security is able to supply and install this system for you.

Police Monitoring

Our monitoring station receives the alarm or CCTV activation signal and is immediately checked and filtered for false alarms. In the event of a confirmed signal, police, emergency services and in some instances security patrols are contacted and deployed on your behalf. This service is often a requisite for certain public service and commercial premises.
